The key doesn't turn in the ignition. It feels the same as it would if the steering wheel was locked, the key goes in fine but will not move at all. The steering is not locked, I just have to keep messing with it until it finally turns. But today it took several minutes of "jiggling" the key back and forth in the ignition to get it to finally turn!
