Yes Breacher is indeed underwhelming, the weakest class but not underpowered. My simple buff for this role are: Lower the weight of the guns and mags/ammo, Breacher is supposed to be a speedy demon but even with removing carrier and armor it is still not fast enough. No need for unique vests.Also IRL there are .300 BLK rounds that go around 800 meters a sec. It would actually fix the penetration issue and range issue in one. The problem I think is NWI don't want Breacher's with an actual rifle. Although actual breachers use CQB rifles and in-game the demolitions is basically a Breacher with rifle access and RPG.
