We checking in early (12:00 noon) our room was ready. We stayed in a two bedroom suite which was perfect for two families of 4. It had everything you would need for a short stay.

The waterpark is pretty big. Not as clean as Great Wolf Lodge. Lines were better than Great Wolf Lodge. I would say rides at Kalahari are a bit better, but not by much. Great Wolf Lodge has free ice cream for kids on their birthdays for their entire stay! I thought the decor and atmosphere were done better at GWL.
