The NBME’s are not going to tell you where you are at for Comlex. There is no correlation between step and comlex except that most people scored lower on comlex than step back in the 3 digit era. The COMSAEs are trash. Took comsae 103 and scored a 583 about 2 weeks before my comlex. I thought the comsae was easier than my actual comlex exam, but that's just my opinion, I'll update when I actually get my comlex score back and hopefully we can get a thread going and compile some data.

I took COMSAE 106 the week prior to my exam and it underpredicted me by 10 points. School mandated we had to get a 500 10-30 days prior to our exam to sit for comlex. Took 2 COMSAEs (108 and 109) 3 days apart and scored 71 points different between the 2 exams.So I took my required comsae 107 and got a 495, with my weakest section by far being omm and anatomy.
